🛡️ Safe Gaming

pklock Responsible Gaming Policy

pklock believes entertainment is best when kept within limits. Our safe gaming tools and guidelines are always ready to give you a healthy and enjoyable experience.

For ages 21 and above only

All gaming services on pklock are for people aged 21 or above only. We strictly prohibit participation by minors and follow an age verification process. Keep your account information secure so no minor can gain access.

What does responsible gaming mean?

Online gaming is a form of entertainment. However, when it becomes a habit and starts to have a negative impact on personal, family or financial life, that is when problems arise. Responsible gaming means keeping play within the boundaries of entertainment — that is, playing within a set budget and time, and seeking help when needed.

At pklock we prioritise responsible gaming. Our platform has tools that help you stay in full control of your play — from deposit limits to self-exclusion. Our goal is simple: to keep your gaming experience enjoyable and safe at all times.

Remember, gambling is not a source of income. It is for entertainment only. Never chase losses by placing more bets to recover money you have lost — that thinking is the first sign of a problem.

Remember

Never use borrowed money when gambling. Keep everyday essential expenses (food, rent, bills) separate from your gaming budget. Only bet money whose loss will not affect your life.

pklock Safe Gaming Tools

We have put powerful tools in your hands that you can use at any time. Using these tools is completely voluntary and straightforward.

Deposit Control

Deposit Limit

Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Once set, this limit cannot be increased before the specified period — however, lowering it takes effect immediately. Keep your budget protected.

Time Management

Time-Out

Take a temporary break for any duration from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this time, login and transactions on your account will be suspended. A short break often helps in making the right decisions.

Permanent Protection

Self-Exclusion

If you need a long-term break, choose self-exclusion. You can close your account from a minimum of 6 months up to permanently. Once this step is taken, reactivation will not be possible before the specified period ends.

Information and Transparency

Activity History

View the complete history of all bets, wins, losses and transactions in your account. Review your gaming patterns and make decisions as needed. Awareness through information is the foundation of safe play.

Instant Support

24/7 Support Team

Our Bengali-speaking support team is available around the clock for any matter related to responsible gaming. Speak directly via live chat — no judgement, just help.

Age Verification

Age Protection Measures

pklock follows a strict age verification process. No one under 21 is permitted to register or play. If there is a minor in your household, keep your account information secure.

Ask Yourself

Ask yourself these questions regularly. They will help you recognise warning signs.

  • Are you playing repeatedly to win back money you have lost?
  • Are you spending more than your set budget?
  • Is gaming causing problems with your family or work?
  • Are you skipping sleep or meals to play for long hours?
  • Do you feel restless or irritable when you try to stop gaming?
  • Are you using borrowed money or emergency savings?

The Golden Rules of Healthy Gaming

  • Play for entertainment only — not in the hope of earning income.
  • Set time and money limits before each session.
  • Accept losses — do not try to chase and recover them.
  • Avoid gaming when drinking or under emotional stress.
  • Take regular breaks and stay engaged in other leisure activities.
  • Talk openly with family and friends about your gaming habits.

Frequently Asked Questions — Responsible Gaming

Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit is subject to a waiting period, usually 7 days. This is intentional to prevent decisions made in the heat of the moment.

A Time-Out is a short-term break (24 hours to 6 weeks) that lifts automatically once the period ends. Self-exclusion is a long-term measure (minimum 6 months) that cannot be reversed before the period ends and keeps all gaming activity suspended.

You can contact our support team directly by email ([email protected]) or via live chat. Our team will provide guidance while maintaining confidentiality. Encourage the person concerned to talk with empathy and suggest seeking professional help if needed.
