4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

The following rules must be strictly followed for depositing and withdrawing funds on pklock:

Minimum Deposit: A minimum of ৳300 must be deposited for each payment method.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
Withdrawal Time: Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In special cases, verification may cause a delay.
Approved Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals (for security purposes).
Deposits from another person's account will not be accepted.
pklock will not be responsible for any financial loss resulting from deposits made through unauthorised methods.

Note: When depositing from bKash or Nagad, please provide the correct transaction ID. Providing incorrect information may cause a delay in verification.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Terms

Various bonuses and promotional offers are provided on pklock. These bonuses are given under specific terms:

Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
Wagering Requirement: A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing the welcome bonus.
For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500.
If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
Transferring bonus funds to another account is strictly prohibited.

If a member is found to have abused the bonus system, the relevant bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

6Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pklock platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure:

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Using the platform for fraud, deception, or money laundering.
Operating an account using another person's identity.
Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
Playing games using third-party software or automated tools.
Threatening or harassing other members or disrupting platform operations.
Behaving disrespectfully towards pklock staff.

7Gaming Rules and Fair Play

pklock is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. The following points about our gaming rules are important to know:

All games offered on pklock use a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
Game outcomes are completely random and do not follow any strategy or pattern.
If a game is incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the system will automatically complete the game.
If a game is cancelled for technical reasons, the amount wagered will be refunded.

10Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

pklock bears no liability in the following circumstances:

Loss in a game due to internet disconnection.
Delays or failures caused by third-party technical issues.
Account information being compromised due to the member's own negligence.
For losses arising from providing incorrect or incomplete information.
If a game result is affected by an unexpected technical error (in this case the stake is refunded).
